Returns and refunds

Returns for full price styles

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 10 days from the date on which you received the parcel. The item must have all its original tags still attached and intact. Please include the original invoice inside the package.

If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Please send an email to info@nizhoni.es and give us the ordernr and the the reason of your return.And we will give you the address where to ship your package.

All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

​Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. 

​Once we receive the package in perfect conditions, our team will process the refund. This process can take 3-5 working days.

The original shipping charge that we made for shipping your order will be deducted from the refund. 

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any duties or taxes incurred. The return shipping charge to our warehouse are at your own cost. NIZHONI will not cover any customs charges. 

Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

​Returns for discounted styles or custom orders

When a you made a custom order or preorder,the purchase is final and can not be returned.Deposits for custom orders will not be refunded.

Items on SALE or past collections are not refundable
