If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 3 days of arrival of the parcel. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment through PayPal or Mollie.

Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order.
The original shipping charge for online orders will not be refunded. The return shipping charge to our warehouse in Spain is at your own cost.
Van coesant design SL will not cover any custom's charges.
For Pre-orders a deposit of 30% will not be refunded.
When a handmade piece is especially knitted for you and not purchased from stock, the purchase is final and we do not accept returns.
Items on SALE are not refundable.
Please take notice that countries outside the EU might ask for an importfee and all countries/customs has its own rules. We are not responsible for this.
