Please take notice that for area´s outside Europe you might have to pay import/  custom charges.

NIZHONI/VAN COESANT DESIGN SL does not cover customs charges.

Delivery Time:

We´ll try to ship your order as soon as possible. However, shipping of your items may take up to 5 working days. We ship with UPS tracking service and you will receive an automatic email with the trackingnr.

Refund Policy:

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred are also non-refundable. Return shipping charges to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Nizhoni does not cover customs charges. Keep track of your return with the provided tracking information and proof of postage until the return is fully processed.
