Returns and refunds

Dear Customer,

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 4 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all original tags are still attached and intact.

For gift returns, please include the purchaser's name.

To initiate a return, email us at info@nizhoni.es with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and the address for shipping your package.

**IMPORTANT:** Returns will not be accepted without the return authorization number provided via email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

**Exchanges:** To exchange an item, please place a new order. We will refund the original payment method for the returned item and process the new order separately.

Once we receive the returned item in perfect condition, our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NIZHONI does not cover customs charges.

Keep a record of your return tracking and proof of postage until the return has been fully processed.


**Returns for Discounted, Pre-Order, or Custom Items**

Custom orders, pre-orders, and sale items are final and cannot be returned. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

Items on sale or from past collections are not eligible for refunds.
